Our client built the agency they wished they'd had: a tight team of genuine operators, a proprietary growth system spanning CRM, paid acquisition, sales systems and automation, and a deliberately small portfolio of quality clients rather than a large book of average ones.They're now hiring the person who'll become one of the key operators in that business. This isn't a marketing-manager seat inside a big department - it's direct founder access, real commercial influence and the room to grow into owning a function as the business scales.They're not looking for the most senior person in the market. They're looking for someone on the way up; a performance manager ready for their next step, or a senior ads specialist who's never had the formal leadership title yet but is ready for it.
