Company: ConfidentialA private company based in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Marketing & Growth Manager to lead its marketing strategy, accelerate business growth, and drive sustainable commercial performance.The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, hands-on performance marketing expertise, and strong commercial and leadership capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing and growth strategies.Lead digital acquisition across major advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok.Monitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, MER, customer retention, and contribution margin.Develop customer engagement, CRM, and retention initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with commercial objectives.Manage marketing budgets, team performance, and external partners.Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve marketing efficiency and profitability.RequirementsApproximately 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in D2C, E-commerce, or consumer-focused businesses, including relevant experience within the last 3 years.Strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing and digital advertising.Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, profitability, and customer acquisition economics.Proven ability to lead teams and independently manage growth initiatives.Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.Experience in the Saudi or GCC market is highly desirable.Preferred QualificationsExperience in consumer products, retail, or FMCG.Strong CRM and customer retention background.Experience working with cross-functional commercial teams.Saudi nationals are preferred; qualified candidates of other nationalities are welcome.What We're Looking ForA results-oriented leader who takes ownership, understands the commercial impact of marketing decisions, and can build sustainable growth beyond traditional campaign management.ApplicationQualified candidates are invited to apply directly through LinkedIn.This recruitment process is confidential.
