Jamie is built in Germany for teams that need reliable meeting context without compromising on privacy or control.Role Description: The Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin, Germany. In this role, the professional will design and execute growth strategies across digital channels, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and retention for Jamie’s privacy-first meeting intelligence platform. Day-to-day tasks include planning and running experiments, optimizing funnels, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for scalable growth. The role also involves collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging, refine positioning, and ensure a consistent customer journey. The Growth Marketing Manager will manage projects end-to-end, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and continuously test new tactics to drive sustainable, data-informed growth.QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency in growth marketing, including user acquisition, funnel optimization, and experiment design.Strong skills in marketing analytics and web analytics to interpret data, generate insights, and guide decision-making.Experience with marketing automation tools and workflows to scale campaigns and lifecycle communications.Solid project management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and deliver initiatives across teams and stakeholders.Relevant experience in B2B SaaS or technology products, ideally in privacy-first or regulated environments.Ability to work on-site in Berlin, Germany, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced setting.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Hands-on experience with A/B testing, performance marketing channels, and CRM systems is beneficial.
