🚀 Growth Marketing Manager – Remote | TürkiyeOME Real Estate is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager based to join our growing international team.What you'll do Develop and execute growth marketing strategies.Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve lead generation and conversion.Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM, and other analytics tools.Manage CRM, email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture prospects.Work closely with the Sales & Media Teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.Coordinate engaging property content, videos, social media campaigns, and advertisements.Conduct A/B testing, competitor research, and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI, CPL, and customer acquisition.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.Support marketing campaigns for property launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.Stay up to date with AI marketing tools, digital trends, and real estate marketing innovations.What we're looking for3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or a similar role.Preferably 3+ years of experience within the real estate industry.Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and digital analytics.Strong understanding of lead generation, funnels, CRM, and performance marketing.Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.Creative, proactive, and highly results-oriented.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Why Join OME Real Estate ?Work remotely from Turkey while collaborating with an international team and playing a key role in shaping our digital growth strategy.If you know how to turn data into strategy, campaigns into leads, and leads into business, we want to hear from you!Apply directly through LinkedIn or send your CV to hr@omerealestate.com
