You'll do your best work here if you:Prefer building systems over one-off answers — you want your models, frameworks, and briefs to be reusable. Are comfortable presenting to clients and defending a strategic point of view. Can hold both the big picture (what's the right channel mix for this brand?) and the detail (why did CPA spike this week?).Think of creative and media as inseparable — you don't plan without thinking about how it'll be executed.El Toro Interactive · Performance Marketing Agency · eltoro.com
