Growth Product Manager

Our client, an exciting fast-growing healthtech business building wearable products, is looking for a Growth Product Manager to join their team.You'll:• Own experiments across web, quiz, paywall, checkout and mobile conversion• Improve free-to-paid conversion, retention, churn and win-back• Build the lifecycle/CRM programme from scratch• Identify opportunities through data and ship experiments quickly• Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering to directly grow membershipYou’ll be a strong fit if you have:• Proven experience moving numbers on a subscription product• Deep experience with experimentation, funnels and monetisation• Experience across web + mobile conversion• Strong understanding of subscription growth, lifecycle and retention• Enough SQL/product analytics knowledge to find and size opportunities yourself• A hands-on, high-autonomy mindset - comfortable building in a small, fast-moving teamWhy join?
