Growth Specialist

We’re Hiring: Marketing Growth Specialist | Remote🚀!Are you someone who doesn’t just run campaigns, but looks at the big picture, digs into the data, experiments, and finds what actually drives growth?We’re looking for a data-driven Growth Specialist to own growth across the full funnel from acquisition and activation to retention and revenue.Responsibilities Plan, launch & optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat & Apple Search Ads.Track and optimize CAC, CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR & retention.Design and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments.Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to uncover growth opportunities.Build dashboards and turn data into actionable insights.Work closely with Product, Marketing, CRM & Creative teams.Explore new channels, audiences, partnerships, and growth opportunities.Own initiatives end-to-end: Hypothesis → Execution → Measurement → Optimization.Requirements 3+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.Strong understanding of the Pirate Funnel and full customer lifecycle.Hands-on experience in paid acquisition & campaign optimization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with A/B testing, growth experiments, dashboards & performance data.Understanding of acquisition, activation, retention & monetization.Strong communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Comfortable with ambiguity, fast changes, experimentation, and startup life.ToolsExperience with GA4, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics/attribution tools.CRM experience with MoEngage or CleverTap is a plus.
