Applicant must be a resident of Dubai and have a valid residence Visa.(Mandatory)Ability to speak in Arabic is an advantage, though not mandatory Geospatial Professional Services for Editing Geospatial DataObjective Support and contribute towards Geospatial data management daily operationsExpected Tasks‒ Create, Update and Maintain GIS datasets and layers using ESRI ArcMap/ArcPro GIS software’s‒ Create, maintain and update cadastral/parcel datasets, base map datasets, infrastructure datasets and other datasets available in GISCD using ESRI ArcMap/ArcPro GIS software’s in an enterprise version environment.‒ Process raw data provided from fieldwork, CAD data etc.‒ Analyze and interpret geospatial data.‒ Collect geospatial data from various sources such as satellite imaging, aerial photography, and existing maps.‒ Perform ETL operations using FME‒ Perform quality control and checks ensuring data accuracy and compliance as per GISCD data QC standards and practices.‒ Provide technical support on demand for GIS data and datasets.‒ Contribute to GIS data model development and implementation‒ Stay current with GIS industry trends, software, and technical developments‒ Update Metadata in coordination with GISCD Metadata management team.‒ Perform task assigned by the Project execution team.Expected Skills ‒ Graduation/Higher Diploma from a recognized University / Institute‒ Minimum 3 years of working experience in Geospatial industry with good experience in ArcGIS ArcMap/ArcPro and good understanding in CAD software such as AutoCAD.‒ Experience working with Enterprise Oracle database with Arc SDE and Arc GIS Server / Portal platform‒ Fluent in spoken and written English. Arabic language will be a preference.‒ Good and positive attitude with enthusiasm to learn and produce results.‒ Prepare to accept challenges.‒ Knowledge in BIM, Digital Twin etc. will be an advantage.Professional Service Geospatial Professional Services for Analyzing Geospatial DataObjective Support and contribute towards Geospatial data analysis as daily operationsExpected Tasks‒ Perform basic and advanced spatial analysis, on demand, using available geospatial datasets.‒ Develop and optimize automation scripts using ArcPy, Python and FME Form for data processing and visualization‒ Publish FME scripts into FME Flow and create schedules.‒ Develop geoprocessing scripts in ArcMap/ArcPro.‒ Monitor FME executions and troubleshoot if any script fails‒ Develop dashboards using ArcGIS Dashboard, story maps etc.‒ Support database management activities, including data migration, transformation, and quality assurance for geospatial datasets.‒ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GIS datasets.‒ Produce cartographic and thematic map adhering to projection, scale, typography, and GISCD symbology standards‒ Document data management processes and practices.‒ Develop analysis reports (workflow diagrams, geoprocessing steps etc.).‒ Perform task assigned by the Project execution team GIS Software Mastery: Expertise in industry-standard platforms such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and QGIS for spatial analysis and cartographic production. Geospatial Data Updating and Management: Proficiency in geospatial data updating including image processing, classifications, thematic analysis and vector data extraction using one of the known software tools in ArcGIS Pro.3 Advanced Analytics: Ability to perform spatial modeling, network analysis, and remote sensing data analysisExpected Skills‒ Graduation/Higher Diploma from a recognized University / Institute‒ Minimum 4 years of working experience in Geospatial industry with good experience and understanding in ESRI ArcMap/ArcPro and other ArcGIS products, AutoCAD and Safe FME (Flow and Form).‒ Experience working with Enterprise Oracle database with Arc SDE and Arc GIS Server / Portal platform.‒ Fluent in spoken and written English.
