You'd be joining early, working directly with the founder, and the GTM team and owning real growth outcomes from day one.The roleWe're looking for a Growth Associate to work across our entire sales funnel, from finding the right people, to reaching them, to converting them. This is a rare generalist role: part growth marketing, part outbound sales, part content, all powered by AI tooling. If you love running experiments, building automated outreach that actually works, and watching your numbers move every week, this is for you.One day you're building a targeted outbound sequence; the next you're writing organic content that pulls inbound sign-ups; the next you're using AI to research prospects and personalise outreach at scale.What you'll do•    Outbound & sales development — build target lists, run multichannel sequences (email + LinkedIn) and drive qualified sign-ups and client leads.•    AI-powered outreach. Use AI tools to research accounts, spot buying signals, and personalise messaging at scale. •    Growth marketing. Design and run experiments across the funnel; track opens, replies, conversions and app downloads; double down on what works.•    Organic & content. Create content that builds our brand and pulls inbound interest, especially on LinkedIn.•    Own the numbers. Report on pipeline, conversion and campaign performance, and continuously improve the system.•    0–2 years of experience in growth, marketing, sales development or a related field, or a recent graduate with the raw drive to learn fast and a relevant degree subject.•    Genuinely hungry and ambitious.
