As a key point of contact for visitors, the role focuses on welcoming guests, providing assistance, resolving inquiries and supporting a smooth and enjoyable mall experience.Role Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests and provide professional assistance throughout their visit.Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and requests in a timely manner.Provide information about mall facilities, stores, services and ongoing activities.Proactively identify opportunities to support and assist guests.Support guest engagement initiatives, promotions and in-mall activations.Coordinate with Mall Operations and other teams when required.Maintain strong knowledge of mall services, facilities and tenant offerings.Maintain high service standards during rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.Role Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism or a related field preferred.Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, luxury retail, airlines, concierge, VIP services or guest relations is preferred.Role Required Skills:Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle different guest situations.Professional, confident and approachable personality.Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
