Guest Associate Photographer

Job Title – Guest Associate Photographer Type - Long Term Work Location - Dubai & Abu Dhabi Salary - AED 3000 - 3500 Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Guest Associate & Photo Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in theme parks, resorts, tourist attractions, adventure parks, entertainment venues, landmarks, or other high-footfall public destinations, with exposure to guest engagement, photography and sales.Key Responsibilities:Greet and engage guests in a friendly, energetic and professional manner.Capture high-quality photographs of guests during their experiences, activities or visits when required.Promote and sell photography packages, digital photos, prints, souvenirs and related products.Actively upsell and cross-sell photography packages and additional products.Assist guests in selecting and purchasing their preferred photographs.Explain available photo packages, promotions and special offers to guests.Coordinate closely with photographers and the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest queries or concerns professionally.Process cash, card and digital payments accurately.Maintain an attractive, clean and organized photo sales area.Support the setup, handling and breakdown of photography equipment when required.Monitor inventory and ensure photography products and sales materials are adequately stocked.Support bookings, appointments and other guest-related activities.Gather guest feedback and contribute to improving the overall guest experience.Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume tourist/entertainment environment.Requirements:Previous experience in theme parks, amusement parks, water parks, resorts, tourist attractions, adventure parks, entertainment venues, landmarks or similar high-footfall environments is highly preferred.Experience in photo sales / souvenir sales / retail sales / guest services will be an advantage.Candidates with experience combining photography and sales are strongly preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Confident and comfortable approaching and engaging with guests.Strong sales, upselling and customer service skills.Ability to work outdoors and/or in a fast-paced attraction environment.Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.UAE experience is preferred.
