Guest Experience Coordinator – Luxury Hospitality & ConciergeInfinity Lifestyle Management & Concierge is looking for a hospitality professional with strong experience in Guest Experience, Guest Relations, Concierge or Front Office within a luxury hotel environment.The role focuses on delivering a highly personalized client experience and ensuring requests are followed through from start to completion.Key responsibilitiesManage the client journey from pre-arrival/preparation through ongoing service and follow-up.Anticipate client needs and maintain preferences, requests and important service details.Coordinate concierge requests including dining, transportation, travel, lifestyle services and external suppliers.Take ownership of pending requests and ensure they are completed within agreed timelines.Follow up proactively with clients, suppliers and internal staff without waiting for management reminders.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and open requests.Support and coach concierge/front-of-house staff using luxury hospitality service standards.Handle complaints and service recovery professionally.Ideal profileExperience in Guest Experience, Guest Relations, Concierge or Front Office in a 5-star/luxury hotel.Strong understanding of personalized guest journeys and luxury service standards.Excellent written and spoken English.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Confident dealing with VIP/HNW clients and confidential information.Comfortable coordinating several requests at the same time.Strong advantage: Previous experience with a travel agency, tour operator, hotel reservations, airline/travel bookings or destination management company.This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai.
