Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, holiday homes, customer service, or guest relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS). Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). Fluent in English; additional languages will be an advantage. Ability to travel between properties/sites as required.

Preferred Experience

Experience in holiday homes, serviced apartments, hotels, or luxury hospitality. Familiarity with Booking.com, Airbnb, and other OTA platforms. Strong coordination and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
