Guest Journey Director

About the RolePulsepoint Entertainment is looking for a Guest Journey Director to develop creative ideas and guest experiences for our physical entertainment projects.The role focuses on thinking creatively about what guests see, do, and experience throughout an attraction or entertainment activation, and turning those ideas into clear concepts for the creative and production teams.This is not a graphic design or branding position.Responsibilities* Develop creative concepts for physical entertainment experiences.* Design the overall guest journey and experience.* Develop ideas for scenes, interactions, storytelling, and guest moments.* Work with creative and production teams to bring concepts to life.* Help shape experiences from the initial idea through execution.* Contribute creative ideas across Pulsepoint Entertainment projects.Qualifications* Experience in film, television, theatre, immersive entertainment, theme parks, or related entertainment industries.* Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.* Understanding of how to create engaging audience and guest experiences.* Ability to develop and communicate creative concepts clearly.* Strong collaboration and communication skills.* Experience working on entertainment productions or physical experiences is a plus.Please note: This is a creative development role focused on entertainment experiences, not graphic design, branding, or freelance design.
