Guest Management Manager

We are looking for an experienced Guest Management Manager to support a major international event in Abu Dhabi.Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEContract: Until end of DecemberStart Date: ImmediateSummary:The role will be responsible for managing VIPs, senior officials, official delegations, and key stakeholders to ensure guests have a smooth experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage VIPs, senior officials, official delegations, and key stakeholders.Coordinate guest invitations, information, arrivals, movements, and access.Manage guest databases and tracking systems.Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.Ensure guests receive a professional and seamless experience.Support planning, event operations, and post-event close-out.Requirements:Manager-level experience in Guest Management, VIP Events, Major Events, Premium Hospitality, or 5-star Hotels.Experience working with guest databases or management systems; Smartsheet experience is an advantage.Ability to handle VIP and stakeholder interactions professionally.Willingness to work flexible hours based on event and operational requirements.Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
