We’re hiring: Guest Relations Agent / 1927 Cinema & Lounge Club, Abu Dhabi1927 is a cinema lounge club at Cinemacity Starlight, Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi UAE. Full-time, permanent | Reports to the Membership Director | Rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends and events.━━━━━━━━━━Responsibilities:Greet members and guests by name, anticipate their needs, and act as a brand ambassadorCoordinate VIP arrivals in advance with F&B, cinema operations and managementUsher guests to reserved seats and guide themMembership & leadsLead curated tours tailored to each guestContact leads from events, referrals and walk-ins within 48 hours, using approved scriptsFlag warm leads, schedule calls, tours and presentations.Calls, inquiries & follow-upManage all inbound calls and inquiries by phone/ WhatsApp.Make outbound calls for lead follow-up/confirmations.escalate complaints or special requests to the relevant department.Box office & coordinationProcess reservations, walk-ins, cancellations and seat changes, and reconcile systems, seating charts and records at the close of each shiftStay current on screenings, events and private hire, and pass programming or timing changes from Cinema Operations to guests promptlyIssue member vouchers, complimentary passes and screening confirmations by membership tierAct as the link between Restaurant & Lounge, Cinema Operations and Events: confirm reservation statuses at the start and end of each shift, pass on dietary needs, celebrations and access requirements, and flag capacity or double-booking risks immediatelyTeam, data & reportingRotate shifts with the F&B Service team, attend pre-shift briefings.Support team-building and cinema operations tasks.Keep the CRM, reservation systems (SevenRooms) and lead trackers accurate in real time.Complete the daily call log, and track lead status (contacted, no response, interested, converted) with next-action datesRecord event attendance, share weekly insights on inquiry and feedback patterns━━━━━━━━━━What we’re looking forInstinctive hospitality: you read a room and adapt your service stylePolished written and spoken English and ideally Arabic, with other languages a plusComfort with CRM tools and accurate record-keeping Impeccable presentation and an understanding of private-club expectationsStrong interpersonal skills and a habit of sharing information across teams and shifts#Hiring #AbuDhabiJobs #LuxuryHospitality #GuestRelations #PrivateMembersClub
