Guest Relations Manager

Bringing you cool elegance from the shores of Cannes and Miami, this seaside spot is vibrant by day and energetic by night.We are looking for a polished and proactive Guest Relations Manager to own the VIP guest experience end-to-end — from reservation through to table, and every touchpoint in between.Key Responsibilities Manage the guest reservation and table allocation process for guests, cabanas, and priority booking.Build and maintain relationships with high-value guests, regulars, and key industry contacts to drive repeat visits.Greet and personally host VIP arrivals, ensuring a seamless welcome and handover to service teams.Maintain and grow the guest database/CRM, tracking preferences, spend history, and special occasions.Coordinate with promoters, hosts, and marketing on guest list management for key nights and events.Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and diplomatically.Work closely with bar, floor, and kitchen management to align VIP guest flow with service capacity.Support pre-opening and event planning for private bookings, brunches, and themed nights.Train, and build a high-performing Guest Relations/Host team, setting service standards and ongoing coaching.Ideal CandidateMinimum 3-4 years' experience in a Guest Relations, VIP Host, or similar guest-facing management role within luxury beach clubs, nightlife venues, or 5-star hospitality, including experience training or managing a team.Strong network within Dubai's hospitality/nightlife scene preferred.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a discreet, polished manner.Proficient with reservation/CRM systems.Strong problem-solving skills under pressure during high-volume peak periods.Fluent English; Arabic, French, or Russian a strong advantage given the clientele.Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
