Meharwing Services is committed to offering memorable guest experiences and continues to grow, with new projects currently under development.Role Description The Guest Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing guest interactions to ensure a high standard of service and satisfaction across the property. This full-time, on-site role is based in Faridabad and involves greeting guests, managing inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with front office, restaurant, and housekeeping teams to resolve issues promptly. The role includes monitoring guest feedback, implementing service improvement initiatives, and maintaining a welcoming environment in all guest-facing areas. The Guest Relations Manager also supports staff training on service standards, assists with special requests and events, and ensures that brand guidelines and hospitality best practices are consistently followed.Qualifications Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident interpersonal interaction.Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction, with experience in gathering feedback and implementing improvements.Experience in Training hospitality staff on service standards, guest handling, and brand-specific protocols.Previous experience in hotels or restaurants in a guest-facing supervisory or managerial role.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel and restaurant operations.Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
