Combining refined Pan-Asian cuisine, a striking 360-degree skypool, and an electrifying atmosphere, AURA delivers unforgettable dining and social experiences with a cosmopolitan edge.We are looking for a polished and proactive Guest Relations Manager to own the guest experience at AURA Skypool, from first booking through to departure and every return visit.

Key Responsibilities

Own the VIP and priority guest experience across the skypool, lounge, and restaurant.Personally host VIP arrivals, ensuring a seamless welcome and handover to service teams.Build and maintain relationships with high-value guests, regulars, and key industry contacts to drive repeat visits.Maintain and grow the guest database/CRM, tracking preferences, spend history, and special occasions.Work with Reservations and floor management on priority bookings, table and sunbed allocation, and capacity during peak periods.Handle guest feedback and service recovery promptly and diplomatically.Coordinate with promoters, hosts, and marketing on guest lists for key nights.Refer private event and corporate enquiries to the Events team and support client hosting on the day.Recruit, train, and coach the Guest Relations and host team, setting service standards.Ideal Candidate:Minimum 3-4 years' experience in Guest Relations, VIP Host, or a similar guest-facing management role within luxury lounges, beach/pool clubs, or 5-star hospitality, including experience training or managing a team.Strong network within Dubai's hospitality and nightlife scene preferred.Excellent interpersonal skills with a discreet, polished manner suited to HNW guests.Proficient with reservation and CRM systems.Strong problem-solving skills under pressure during high-volume peak periods.Fluent English; Arabic, French, or Russian a strong advantage.Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
