This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading our guest relations team in a luxury resort environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that every guest interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and hospitality.Oversee all guest relations activities and ensure the highest standards of service delivery across the resort

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the guest relations team to achieve departmental objectives and maintain service excellence
• Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, implementing effective solutions to ensure guest satisfactionDevelop and implement guest experience programmes and initiatives that enhance overall satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
• Manage guest feedback and conduct regular appraisals to identify areas for improvement and service enhancement
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate guest services and ensure seamless communication across the organisation
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, preferences, and special requests to personalise future experiencesConduct induction and training programmes for new team members to ensure consistent service standards
• Monitor and analyse guest satisfaction metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Represent the resort at guest events and functions, embodying the brand values and hospitality standards
• Ensure compliance with all resort policies, procedures, and health and safety regulationsQualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality management, or a similar customer-facing role. Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a hospitality environment. Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in hospitality management systems and reservation software. Multilingual capabilities are desirable, particularly French, German, or Mandarin. Comprehensive knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and service protocols. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to customise guest experiences and anticipate guest needs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required in a resort setting.
