Sky High HR Provision Services is hiring a Guest Relations Officer for a major client site in Abu Dhabi. This role serves as the dedicated focal point for VIP guests, ensuring a smooth, high-touch experience throughout their visit.Key Responsibilities:Escort and coordinate VIP guest requirements and arrangementsMonitor guest satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvementLiaise with departments to ensure seamless guest servicesMaintain accurate records of guest interactions and requestsHandle high-priority requests and resolve issues promptlyRequirements:UAE National / Son or Daughter of UAE National preferred1-2 years' experience in receptionist, front desk, or customer service rolesExperience working with high-priority VIP guestsExcellent English communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities
