Due to continued expansion, we are currently seeking a Guest Relations Officer for our Dubai operations. with a sincere passion to succeed and for customer service in general. HOSPITALITY background and valid UAE driving license is essential.Duties & ResponsibilitiesHandling reservation enquiries and bookingsGuest Check In / OutAble to work under pressure and rotating weekend rosterExcellent guest relation skills and solution focusedGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a teamResolve guests' complaintsGeneral administrative dutiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate well at all levels.Valid UAE driving license and personal car requiredThe successful applicant will need take a professional approach to customer service and thrive on going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay.
