Potential team members join a growing organization committed to high-quality service and guest satisfaction.Role Description The Guest Relations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bali, Indonesia. This role is responsible for welcoming guests on arrival, managing check-in and check-out processes, and serving as a main point of contact throughout their stay. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, coordinating with operations and reservations teams, managing bookings or changes, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. The Guest Relations Officer will ensure accurate information about itineraries, local attractions, and company services is communicated to guests, and will help organize airport transfers and sightseeing schedules as needed. The role also involves maintaining guest records, preparing reports on guest feedback, and supporting overall customer satisfaction initiatives.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a welcoming experience for diverse guests.Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including problem-solving, follow-through, and a focus on exceeding expectations.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to interact clearly with guests and internal teams.Candidates should possess experience in Receptionist Duties, such as handling check-in/check-out, managing calls, and organizing guest documentation.Relevant skills and qualifications include prior experience in hospitality or tourism, fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage), strong organizational skills, and proficiency with basic office and reservation software.A professional, courteous demeanor and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are highly beneficial.
