Apply & track with Apply EdgeAs a member of the Guest Relations team, the Guest Relations Operations Manager leads daily operations and the Guest Relations Team at the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum & Visitor Center and other visitor-service areas.This hands-on leadership role oversees Assistant Managers and frontline staff while strengthening operational processes, training and customer service standards. Working closely with the Director of Guest Relations, National Park Service partners and other Gettysburg Foundation departments, the Guest Relations Operations Manager helps ensure visitors receive a welcoming, seamless and high-quality experience throughout their visit.The ideal candidate is a confident, collaborative leader who can balance people, processes and the needs of visitors in a dynamic, high-volume environment.Your ImpactLead people. Provide day-to-day leadership that builds accountability, confidence and consistency across the Guest Relations team.Strengthen operations. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency and coordination across a complex, high-volume visitor operation.Develop the team. Help create a strong culture of training, professional growth and exceptional service.Shape the visitor experience. Ensure guests receive a welcoming, seamless experience from their first interaction through their visit.Build partnerships.
