Guest Relations Ambassador | Palm Jumeirah Resort Location: Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAEWe are looking for a warm and professional Guest Relations Ambassador to join a resort on Palm Jumeirah. The successful candidate will welcome guests, assist with their requests and help create a memorable stay.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and provide attentive, personalised service.Assist guests with enquiries, requests and information about the resort.Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest requests are handled promptly.Support the delivery of a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.Respond to guest feedback and help resolve concerns professionally.Maintain a professional appearance and a welcoming attitude.RequirementsGood English communication skillsPrevious guest relations or hospitality experience is an advantageExcellent communication and customer service skillsProfessional, well-presented and flexible to work shiftsOpen to relocating to DubaiRussian or Arabic language skills are an advantage, but not requiredSalary and BenefitsAED 4,000–5,000 per month, plus service charge.Shared accommodation, with two employees per room.Transportation provided.One day off per week.Employment visa and medical insurance provided
