This position is essential to ensuring guest satisfaction and safety throughout their stay.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:Maintain the security and integrity of guest rooms and their contents at all timesExecute comprehensive cleaning of assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards, including:Changing and laundering bed linensCollecting soiled bath linens and replenishing with fresh linensDusting and sanitizing all hard surfacesVacuuming and maintaining carpeted areasCleaning and sanitizing bathroom fixtures including sink, counters, tub, shower, and toiletRestocking room amenities such as tissues, soaps, and toiletriesPrepare and stock supply carts with all necessary cleaning materials and suppliesAccurately update room status and complete all required departmental documentationCommunicate maintenance and repair needs to the housekeeping office promptlyRespond to guest requests with professionalism and efficiencyPerform additional duties as directed by managementQualifications Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to maintain physical demands of the position, including standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shiftCapacity to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds regularlyAbility to maneuver and operate supply carts weighing approximately 100 poundsPhysical capability to perform repetitive tasks including kneeling, reaching, stooping, bending, scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and dustingCommitment to obtaining and maintaining all required certifications and licenses as mandated by the organization

Preferred Qualifications
