This role is responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and managing reservations in an efficient and courteous manner. Day-to-day tasks include responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating with other hotel departments, and ensuring that guest expectations are met or exceeded. The Guest Service Agent will handle payment transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options. This position also involves following hotel policies, maintaining a professional appearance, and supporting a smooth front desk operation during all shifts.Qualifications Strong customer service orientation with the ability to provide courteous, professional, and efficient guest support.Solid communication skills in English; additional language abilities, such as Arabic, are an advantage.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel reservation or property management systems is preferred.Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and payments.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a busy hotel environment.Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or guest relations is beneficial but not mandatory.High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or tourism is an asset.Professional demeanor, reliable work ethic, and a collaborative attitude toward colleagues and guests.
