Team members join a globally recognized hospitality brand committed to excellent guest service and a supportive work environment.Role Description The Guest Service Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based at Hilton Los Angeles Culver City in Culver City, CA. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests. Daily tasks include handling reservations, processing payments, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. The Guest Service Representative also addresses guest concerns, resolves issues professionally, and ensures that Hilton service and brand standards are consistently upheld. This position requires maintaining a clean, organized front desk area and using hotel systems accurately to support efficient operations.Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with a diverse range of guests.Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to provide clear information and actively listen to guest needs.Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency, with the ability to learn hotel reservation and property management software.Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and follow established procedures.Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support hotel operations.High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining Hilton brand standards and a safe, welcoming environment.
