The Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport is currently looking to fill the role of Guest Services Manager.Located near the Kelowna Airport, we are on a bus route, with a stop just outside of the hotel. We also pickup our employees from the bus loop at UBCO! Position SummaryUnder the guidance of the Director of Rooms and Front Office Manager, the Guest Service Manager is responsible for leading the day to day operations and ensuring and maintaining a consistently high standard of guest service. In addition, you will be responsible for coaching the team and maintaining the smooth flow of front desk services and daily operation while adhering to the standards of the Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport.
