What You’ll Do

Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately Answer questions about the hotel, dining, and local attractions Handle payments and guest requests Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Create a memorable experience for every guest
