The Ateneo de Naga University - College Guidance Center is looking for a dedicated College Guidance Counselor to join our team!💼 Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Assessment: Deliver individual/group counseling, crisis intervention, psychological assessments, and test interpretation to promote student well-being and academic success.Program Design & Facilitation: Conceptualize, implement, and evaluate tailored guidance programs, modules, and leadership workshops.Consultation & Institutional Support: Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student groups, utilizing research-based insights to support curriculum development.Record Management & Reporting: Maintain confidential student cumulative records and prepare activity reports for the Guidance Director.Ethical Practice & Mentorship: Uphold PGCA and PAP ethical standards while engaging in campus outreach and supervising peer counselors and trainees.🎯 QualificationsEducation & License: Master’s degree (or actively enrolled) in Guidance and Counseling; Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) status preferred.Technical Expertise: Practical knowledge in psychological assessment, counseling theories, career guidance, and program development within diverse socio-cultural contexts.Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, active engagement in counseling research, and high emotional intelligence.📝 How to Apply📅 Application Deadline: September 2026Interested and qualified candidates are warmly invited to complete our online Personal Information Form and upload the following requirements:Cover Letter signed and addressed to:Ms. Myllan B.
