Certified B Corporation promoting a sustainable and inclusive workplace.■Role OverviewYou will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations of plant equipment, facilities, and technical assets. Leads the maintenance organization (approx. 25 headcount) and contributes to the Plant Leadership Team.■Working locationGunma■Main Tasks Include・Develop and execute site maintenance strategy and preventive maintenance systems.・Manage maintenance planning, budgeting, spare parts, and CAPEX projects.・Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 25 employees (5-6 direct reports).・Drive continuous improvement using TPM/IWS methodologies to minimize downtime.・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve Safety, Quality, and Cost goals.・Participate as a core member of the Plant Leadership Team (PLT).■Required Experience And Skills・Extensive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.・Proven people management capability (leading teams/engineers/supervisors).・Strong knowledge in equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and CAPEX.・Business-level Japanese (or higher) and business-level English communication skills.・Experience with TPM / IWS continuous improvement methodologies.・Background in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or related industries.・Proficiency in SAP PM and MS Office.■Expected Annual Salary15 Million JPY - 18 Million JPY■JOB ID: VAC-293808*Finish your application by filling out the required information.
