Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed telehealth consultations, reviewing medical histories and diagnostics, and designing individualized protocols that may integrate nutrition, lifestyle interventions, and approved therapies. The clinician will continuously monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes, with a special emphasis on tracking and validating testimonials from patients whose conditions and performance have improved. The role includes collaboration with an interdisciplinary clinical team, participation in case reviews, and application of current research related to gut health, microbiome science, and regenerative medicine. The Gut MD Doctor will also help educate patients on long-term health strategies and contribute to internal best practices and clinical guidelines.QualificationsClinical expertise in gastroenterology or gut-focused internal medicine, with demonstrated experience diagnosing and managing complex gastrointestinal and microbiome-related conditions.Strong background or interest in regenerative medicine, functional or integrative medicine, and evidence-based protocols for health optimization and longevity.Ability to design individualized treatment plans that integrate nutrition, lifestyle modification, supplements, and appropriate clinical therapies.Experience conducting telehealth visits, managing electronic health records, and communicating clearly and compassionately with a diverse, global patient population.Demonstrated history of positive patient outcomes; testimonials or case studies documenting healing and performance improvements are preferred.Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics in a systems-oriented context.Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory care and comfort working with high-performing individuals, including executives, athletes, and entrepreneurs.Medical degree (MD or DO) with active, unrestricted license in relevant jurisdiction; board certification in gastroenterology, internal medicine, or related field is highly beneficial.Willingness to work remotely full time, maintain reliable digital communication, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinicians and performance specialists.
