Gym Attendant

A leading lifestyle luxury hotel located in the heart of Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Gym Attendant to join its Recreation & Wellness team.This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about health and fitness, enjoys interacting with guests, and is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming fitness environment.Key Responsibilities:• Welcome guests to the fitness center and provide professional, friendly assistance.• Ensure all gym equipment is clean, well-maintained, and functioning properly.• Conduct routine inspections of the fitness facility and report any maintenance or safety concerns.• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym, changing rooms, and wellness facilities.• Provide guests with information on the safe use of fitness equipment and facility guidelines.• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.• Monitor guest access and assist with reservations or inquiries related to recreational facilities.• Work closely with the Recreation and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.We're looking for someone who has:✔ Previous experience as a Gym Attendant, Recreation Attendant, or Fitness Attendant in a hotel, resort, fitness club, or wellness facility.✔ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.✔ Basic knowledge of gym equipment operation and fitness safety practices.✔ A fitness-related certification or First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage.✔ Positive attitude with the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.✔ UAE or GCC hospitality experience is preferred.Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates whose experience closely matches the requirements outlined above will be contacted.
