The mission, “Build Stronger People,” guides every class, program, and member experience.Role Description The Gym Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, responsible for overseeing daily operations at Spartan Martial Arts & Fitness. This includes managing staff schedules, supervising coaches and trainers, and ensuring classes run smoothly and on time. The Gym Manager will handle member relations, respond to inquiries, support sales and membership growth, and maintain a high standard of customer service. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring facility cleanliness and safety, coordinating equipment maintenance, and implementing operational policies and procedures. The role also includes supporting marketing initiatives, organizing events or challenges, tracking performance metrics, and fostering a positive, disciplined training environment aligned with the Spartan brand values.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Group Exercise and Group Training skills to oversee classes and support coaches in delivering engaging, safe, and effective sessions.Candidates should possess solid Fitness Industry knowledge and Personal Training experience to understand member needs and guide program offerings.Candidates should possess a good understanding of Exercise Physiology to ensure training programs are safe, goal-oriented, and aligned with best practices.Relevant certifications in fitness, coaching, or martial arts instruction, and current first aid/CPR certification are highly beneficial.Demonstrated experience in gym or studio management, staff supervision, and member service, ideally within a high-energy training environment.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage schedules, resolve issues, and support a diverse member base.Comfort with basic business tools and software for scheduling, membership management, and reporting; prior experience in sales or membership growth is a plus.
