Gym Manager for UFC (Russian Speaker)

UFC Gym is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Gym Manager – Russian Speaker to lead the overall performance and day-to-day operations of our club.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the fitness industry, membership sales, team management, customer service, and gym operations, with a proven ability to achieve revenue and membership targets.Key Responsibilities:Manage the overall daily operations of UFC Gym.Drive membership sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales, Front Desk, Personal Training, and Coaching teams.Monitor sales leads, walk-ins, trials, and membership conversions.Ensure timely follow-up of all leads through the CRM.Drive membership renewals, referrals, and retention.Increase Personal Training and additional club revenue.Develop relationships with the Russian speaking community in JBR, Dubai Marina, and surrounding areas.Build corporate and local business partnerships.Maintain high standards of member experience and customer service.Handle member complaints and operational escalations.Monitor staff attendance, schedules, performance, and productivity.Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and events.Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.Control operational expenses and support overall club profitability.Prepare weekly and monthly sales and operational reports for management.Ensure the club maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility operations.Requirements:Fluent Russian – MandatoryStrong English communication skills.Minimum 5 years of experience in the fitness/gym industry.Minimum 2–3 years in a Gym Manager / Club Manager or similar leadership role.UAE fitness industry experience is highly preferred.Strong membership sales and business development experience.Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.Strong leadership and team-management skills.Experience with CRM and lead-management systems.Strong customer service, negotiation, and closing skills.Professional, energetic, and target-driven personality.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: Competitive salary package  (Salary will be determined based on experience and track record).Attractive performance-based incentivesUAE Employment VisaMedical InsuranceFree Gym MembershipCareer growth opportunitiesInterested candidates may apply through LinkedIn or send their updated CV to hr@fardoinvestment.com with the subject: Gym Manager – Russian Speaker | UFC Gym
