Gym Manager – Spartan Martial Arts & FitnessSpartan Martial Arts & Fitness is looking for an experienced Gym Manager to join our growing team in the UAE.We are seeking a strong operational leader with proven experience managing a gym or fitness facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the assigned branch, including operations, sales, staff management, member experience, facility standards, and achievement of business targets.Key Responsibilities:* Manage the day-to-day operations of the gym and ensure the facility operates efficiently and professionally.* Lead, supervise, and support the branch team, including sales, fitness, martial arts, reception, and operational staff.* Monitor branch sales performance and ensure monthly sales and revenue targets are achieved.* Track team KPIs and individual performance and take appropriate action when performance falls below expectations.* Maintain high standards of customer service and member satisfaction.* Handle member concerns and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.* Ensure the facility is clean, organized, safe, and maintained to Spartan standards.* Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, scheduling, and workplace performance.* Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.* Work closely with senior management on branch performance, operational improvements, and business growth.* Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed.* Review branch performance data and provide regular reports to senior management.* Support membership retention and ensure the team maintains strong relationships with existing members.* Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency, service quality, and profitability.* Maintain a strong, professional, performance-driven culture within the branch.Required Experience & Qualifications* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Gym Manager, Fitness Club Manager, or in a comparable gym management position.* Previous management experience within the fitness or gym industry is required.* Strong understanding of gym operations, membership sales, customer service, and team management.* Proven ability to lead and manage a team.* Experience working with sales targets, KPIs, and performance management.* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.* Professional working proficiency in English.* Arabic proficiency is an advantage.* Comfortable working with gym management systems, CRM platforms, reports, and operational dashboards.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a manager who takes ownership of the branch as a business — someone who understands that successful gym management requires strong operations, excellent member experience, disciplined team management, and consistent sales performance.This is a full-time, on-site position in the UAE.If you have at least 4 years of direct gym management experience and a proven track record of successfully managing a fitness facility and its team, we encourage you to apply through LinkedIn.Spartan Martial Arts & Fitness
