Spartan Martial Arts & Fitness promotes purposeful, disciplined training for kids and adults through a variety of specialized programs.Role Description The Gym Membership Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Spartan Martial Arts & Fitness in Sharjah. This role is responsible for welcoming prospective members, conducting facility tours, explaining membership options, and guiding individuals to select plans that match their fitness and martial arts goals. The Consultant responds to inquiries in person, by phone, and online, provides accurate information on pricing and programs, and supports members through the registration and onboarding process. Daily tasks include handling membership sales, maintaining member records, following up on leads, and supporting retention through proactive communication and service. The role also collaborates with coaches and front-desk staff to ensure a positive member experience and contributes to promotional campaigns, events, and community outreach.Qualifications Demonstrated membership sales experience with strong skills in Membership Sales and Sales.Ability to manage and support Membership processes, including sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.Excellent Communication skills for explaining membership options and engaging with diverse clients.Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming, supportive environment.Enthusiasm for fitness, martial arts, and personal development, with the ability to represent the brand’s mission.Basic proficiency in office and CRM software for managing leads and member data.Ability to work on-site full-time in Sharjah, including evenings and weekends as needed.Previous experience in gym, fitness, or sports-related sales or front-desk roles is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, sports management, or related fields is a plus.
