The organization emphasizes a mission of “Build Stronger People,” creating a welcoming community where beginners, experienced athletes, and families can train together with purpose and discipline.Role Description The Gym Membership Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah. This role is responsible for engaging prospective members, conducting facility tours, explaining membership options, and closing sales to meet enrollment targets. The agent will manage inquiries via walk-ins, phone, and digital channels, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate records in membership and CRM systems. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, assisting members with account questions and renewals, supporting promotional campaigns, and collaborating with coaching staff to ensure a positive experience for all clients.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, understand member needs, and provide clear information.Candidates should possess Sales skills and experience in meeting targets, handling objections, and closing membership agreements.Candidates should possess Insurance and Training awareness, including the ability to explain membership terms, liability waivers, and participate in ongoing sales and product training.Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or membership management systems is beneficial.Prior experience in fitness, sports, hospitality, or retail sales is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, including evenings and weekends as needed.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, sports management, or a related field is a plus.Interest in fitness, martial arts, or wellness and a professional, client-focused attitude.
