Fitness ManagerLead the fitness department, develop fitness professionals, drive personal-training performance and ensure an exceptional member experience.Requirements:Minimum five years of experience in a commercial fitness environmentAt least two years of experience leading or mentoring fitness professionalsLevel 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, or equivalentUAE REPs Level 3 registrationValid First Aid and CPR certificationStrong leadership, commercial and team-development skills2. Gymnastics Programme ManagerLead the overall performance, development and commercial growth of the gymnastics programme while maintaining excellent coaching and safeguarding standards.Requirements:Minimum five years of gymnastics coaching experienceAt least two years of experience managing a gymnastics programme, academy or coaching teamMinimum Level 2 Gymnastics Coaching qualification or recognised equivalentValid Safeguarding/Child Protection and First Aid/CPR certificationsExperience developing coaches, participants and structured gymnastics pathwaysA relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred3. Academy Programmes CoordinatorCoordinate academy programmes, schedules, participant records, enrolments, events and communication with parents and internal departments.Requirements:Minimum three years of relevant experience in programme coordination, operations, administration or customer serviceExperience in sports, fitness, leisure, education or hospitality is preferredStrong knowledge of CRM, booking and scheduling systemsAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsExcellent organisation, communication and customer-service abilitiesA degree or diploma in business, sports management, administration or a related field4. Gymnastics TrainerDeliver safe, engaging and progressive gymnastics sessions for participants of different ages and ability levels.Requirements:National or international gymnastics coaching qualification; FIG Level 2 or equivalent is preferredMinimum two years of experience as a Gymnastics TrainerStrong communication and participant-engagement skillsAbility to conduct group sessions and support competitions and academy eventsStrong commitment to safety and professional coaching standards5. MMA CoachDeliver energetic and motivational MMA group classes while supporting member engagement, retention and fitness events.Requirements:Internationally recognised Group Instructor certification or similar qualificationMinimum one year of experience as a Group Exercise Instructor or MMA CoachHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and motivational skillsAbility to deliver engaging, safe and high-energy group classes6.
