This streamlined approach allows employers and professionals alike to focus on achieving long-term growth and career development.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site (Split Duty) Gynecologist – DHA role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Gynecologist will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care in gynecology and obstetrics, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of patients’ reproductive health. Daily responsibilities include conducting clinical consultations, performing gynecologic examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and managing prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care. The role involves performing gynecologic and obstetric procedures and surgeries in accordance with DHA regulations and clinical best practices. The Gynecologist will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, maintain accurate medical records, counsel patients on preventive care and family planning, and ensure adherence to ethical standards and quality-of-care protocols.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong clinical expertise in Gynecology and Obstetrics, with proven experience in managing a broad range of women’s health conditions.Candidates should possess skills in Gynecologic Surgery and general Surgery, including the ability to perform common operative procedures safely and effectively.Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Medicine, including evidence-based practice, diagnostic reasoning, and patient-centered care.Relevant medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with board certification or equivalent credentials.Valid or eligibility for Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license, and prior experience working within regulated healthcare environments.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to counsel patients sensitively and work collaboratively in diverse, multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to continuous professional development, quality improvement, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.Prior experience in the United Arab Emirates or Gulf region healthcare systems is an advantage.
