ZORUMI maintains high standards of quality and aesthetics, creating natural, beautiful looks in a premium, customer-centered environment.Role Description The Hair Extensions Master is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their desired look, assessing hair condition, and recommending appropriate extension methods and maintenance routines. The Hair Extensions Master will perform professional hair extenstions, hair removal using advanced techniques (hot keratin, ICE method, Hollywood, Tape-in) and high-quality materials. Daily tasks include preparing workstations, ensuring hygiene and safety standards, providing aftercare guidance, and collaborating with the salon team on color, styling, and treatment services. The role also requires maintaining product knowledge, staying updated on new extension technologies, and contributing to an exceptional client experience.Qualifications Proficiency in hair extension techniques (e.g., tape-in, hot keratin,ice, wefts) and experience working with natural, high-quality hair.Strong skills in hair consultation, including assessing hair condition, recommending suitable extension methods, and customizing solutions for individual clients.Competence in basic hair styling and finishing, such as cutting, blending, coloring coordination with extensions, and creating natural-looking results.Knowledge of hair and scalp care, including aftercare routines, maintenance schedules, and safe removal practices to protect clients’ natural hair.Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work precisely and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service and building long-term client relationships.Commitment to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all salon procedures and adherence to professional standards.Previous experience in a professional salon environment; specialized training or certification in hair extensions is highly beneficial.Willingness to learn new techniques, participate in ongoing training, and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.Fluency in English; additional language (Russian) are an advantage for serving a diverse client base.
