Beu Bella is the exclusive distributor in the GCC for brands such as Berry Well, Marivan, Nuance DC Hair and Beu Bella Tools and Electronics for hair.Role Description The Hair Technical Educator will be responsible for delivering professional education and technical training on Beu Bella’s hair products to salons, distributors, and industry professionals. This full-time role involves conducting in-person workshops, demonstrations, and seminars, providing technical support on product usage, and developing training materials and guidelines. The educator will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent product messaging and support promotional activities, events, and trade shows. Daily tasks include visiting client locations, offering hands-on application guidance, gathering feedback from professionals, and staying updated on industry trends and techniques. This is an on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, requiring regular travel within the GCC region.Qualifications Strong technical expertise in professional hair care, coloring, treatments, and styling, with hands-on salon or hairdressing experience.Proven ability to design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for groups and individuals.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex techniques in clear, accessible language.Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills and a professional, service-oriented approach.Comfort with traveling within Dubai and the wider GCC region for on-site training and events.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to support business goals.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.Prior experience as a hair educator, trainer, or senior stylist is preferred; relevant certifications in cosmetology or hairdressing are beneficial.
