Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Hair Transplant Specialist based in the United Arab Emirates. The Hair Transplant Specialist will perform hair restoration procedures (such as FUE and FUT techniques), including pre-procedure assessment, surgical planning, graft extraction, implantation, and post-operative follow-up. Responsibilities include conducting detailed consultations, counseling patients on realistic outcomes, treatment options, and aftercare, while maintaining accurate clinical records and treatment plans. The specialist will collaborate with dermatologists and other clinicians to integrate hair transplant services into comprehensive aesthetic and medical care. Additional duties include ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols, overseeing clinical assistants during procedures, and staying current with advancements in hair restoration techniques and technologies. Qualifications Clinical expertise in hair transplantation techniques (e.g., FUE, FUT), hairline design, graft placement, and donor area management.Strong skills in patient assessment, aesthetic evaluation, and treatment planning for hair loss conditions.Demonstrated ability to manage the full patient journey: consultation, informed consent, procedure, and follow-up care.Proficiency in sterile technique, infection prevention, and safe use of relevant clinical equipment.Excellent communication and counseling skills, with a focus on patient education and expectation management.Attention to detail, fine motor skills, and strong hand–eye coordination for precise surgical work.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dermatology and aesthetic medicine team.Relevant medical degree and recognized specialization or certification in dermatology, plastic surgery, or hair restoration (or equivalent experience).Valid license or eligibility to practice in the United Arab Emirates according to local regulatory requirements.Previous experience in a dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or aesthetic clinic setting is highly preferred.
