Hair Transplant Technician

A group of well-established and reputable medical centers in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Transplant Technician to join its growing aesthetic and hair restoration services team. This is a confidential recruitment assignment for one of the leading healthcare groups in the Emirate.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist physicians during hair transplant procedures, including FUE and FUT techniques.Perform graft dissection, sorting, counting, preservation, and implantation support as per clinical protocols.Prepare patients before, during, and after procedures.Ensure proper handling and storage of grafts to maintain viability.Maintain strict infection prevention and sterilization standards.Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and consumables required for procedures.Support patient education regarding pre- and post-procedure care.Accurately document clinical activities and patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements.Adhere to all DOH regulations, facility policies, and quality standards.Preferred QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Operating Theatre Technology, or another relevant healthcare discipline recognized by DOH. [doh.gov.ae], [medicalsolidarity.ae]Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hair transplantation and hair restoration procedures.Hands-on experience with FUE graft extraction assistance, graft preparation, graft placement, and procedure room management.Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and patient safety standards.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.Preferred CompetenciesExperience in high-volume hair transplant centers.Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence.
