The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in hair transplant procedures and be confident supporting the medical team throughout the complete transplant process.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the medical team throughout hair transplant procedures, including preparation, extraction, graft handling, implantation support, and post-procedure carePrepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and materials required for proceduresHandle, sort, count, and preserve hair grafts carefully according to established clinical protocolsSupport the physician during different stages of hair restoration procedures while maintaining patient safety and comfortFollow strict infection control, sterilization, hygiene, and patient safety protocolsProvide appropriate patient preparation and post-procedure guidance in coordination with the treating physicianMaintain accurate procedure-related documentation and ensure treatment areas are properly organizedRequirementsProven hands-on experience in hair transplant procedures is requiredStrong knowledge of hair transplantation techniques, graft handling, and procedural supportEyebrow transplant experience is an advantageGood understanding of infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety standardsExcellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently during lengthy proceduresStrong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skillsAvailable for full-time employment in DubaiBenefitsSalary + Benefits
