Company Description Tunio aeshtics clini Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hair Transplant Technician role based in Dubai. The Hair Transplant Technician will support clinical procedures by preparing the patient and treatment room, assisting with hair follicle extraction and implantation under medical supervision, and carefully handling grafts to ensure quality and viability. Day-to-day tasks include sterilizing and arranging instruments, maintaining accurate procedure records, and following strict hygiene and safety protocols. The technician will work closely with physicians and clinical staff, provide clear pre- and post-procedure guidance to patients, and contribute to an organized, calm, and professional treatment environment. The role requires consistent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a focus on patient comfort and confidentiality.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in clinical assistance and patient care, including supporting hair transplant or related cosmetic procedures under licensed medical supervision.Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills for precise handling of instruments and hair grafts, with careful attention to detail and quality.Knowledge of basic medical terminology, infection control, and sterilization procedures, with a commitment to safety and compliance with clinical protocols.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and clinical staff, maintaining a calm, professional, and empathetic manner.Ability to follow detailed instructions, work efficiently in a team, and manage time in a high-volume, procedure-based setting.Prior experience in hair transplantation, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or a related clinical setting is highly beneficial.Relevant technical diploma, certification, or training in medical assisting, nursing, or hair transplant technology preferred.Proficiency in English; additional language skills commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.Willingness to adhere to patient confidentiality standards and organizational policies, and to participate in ongoing training and skill development.
