Team members are encouraged to maintain high ethical standards, follow international best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of services.Role Description The Hair Transplantation Technician is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The technician supports hair transplant procedures by preparing the operating room, organizing instruments, and ensuring adherence to sterilization and safety protocols. Daily tasks include assisting the physician during graft extraction and implantation, dissecting and sorting follicular units under magnification, and maintaining accurate counts and documentation of grafts. The role also involves preparing patients for procedures, providing clear pre- and post-operative care instructions, monitoring patient comfort, and reporting any concerns to the supervising physician. The technician is expected to work collaboratively with the clinical team, follow established protocols, and participate in ongoing training to maintain high technical standards.Qualifications Demonstrated technical skills in clinical support, including instrument handling, sterile technique, and precise manual work under magnification.Ability to follow detailed medical protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and support physicians during hair transplantation procedures.Strong patient-care skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to support patients before, during, and after procedures.Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, prepare procedure rooms, and ensure smooth workflow throughout the day.Previous experience in hair transplantation, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or a related clinical setting is highly beneficial.Relevant healthcare or technical training (e.g., nursing assistant, medical technician, or specialized hair transplant training) preferred.Commitment to infection control standards, quality assurance, and continuous learning in hair restoration techniques.Proficiency in English; additional language skills common in the region are an advantage.
