Star Gemini Beauty is growing a team of beauty professionals who are committed to excellence, creativity, and outstanding client care.Role Description The Hairdresser is responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and hair care treatments for a diverse clientele. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles and treatments, and ensuring each service is performed safely and professionally in line with salon standards. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workstation, caring for tools and equipment, and supporting a welcoming, luxury-focused atmosphere. The Hairdresser will collaborate with other beauty professionals to provide a seamless client experience and may assist with product recommendations and client education on hair care routines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Qualifications Strong Hair Styling and Hair Cutting skills, with the ability to create a range of classic and contemporary looks.Knowledge of Hair Care and Cosmetology principles, including treatments, products, and safe application techniques.Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on client consultation, communication, and building long-term relationships.Previous experience in a salon or luxury beauty environment; experience with diverse hair types is an advantage.Relevant certification or diploma in hairdressing or cosmetology from an accredited institution.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by salon operations.Professional appearance, reliability, and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards.Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are a plus.
