Team members collaborate in a calm, client-centered environment that values professionalism, respect, and continuous learning.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role based at Sunny Wellness in Sharjah. The Hairstylist will provide professional hair care services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client’s needs. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending styles and treatments, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation and tools according to hygiene standards. The role also involves collaborating with other wellness professionals to deliver a cohesive, premium client experience, managing appointment schedules, and supporting product recommendations and retail sales. The Hairstylist is expected to uphold Sunny Wellness’s service standards, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.Qualifications Strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including cutting, coloring, and treatments suited to different hair types.Foundational knowledge or formal training in Cosmetology, with awareness of current trends and best practices.Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client comfort, satisfaction, and repeat engagement.Clear and professional Communication skills for effective consultations and collaboration with the team.Relevant certification or diploma in hairdressing, cosmetology, or a related field.Attention to hygiene and safety standards, including proper sanitization of tools and work areas.Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a steady appointment schedule in a busy salon environment.Prior salon or spa experience, especially in premium or wellness-focused settings, is an advantage.
